2 more held for Kerala rape, arrests total 44

In Pathanamthitta, 44 out of 58 people have been arrested in connection with the alleged rape and sexual abuse of an 18-year-old dalit girl. The arrested individuals are primarily young, including the victim's classmates and seniors. Ongoing investigations aim to apprehend the remaining suspects, with efforts also being made to extradite one from abroad. Multiple cases are registered across four police stations.
