The U.S. Air Force has suspended its plan to collaborate with SpaceX for hypersonic rocket cargo deliveries from Johnston Atoll due to environmental concerns. Biologists and experts feared the project would endanger numerous seabirds nesting on the remote Pacific wildlife refuge.
