India-NZ deal to boost payment interoperability

India and New Zealand have agreed to collaborate on domestic payments interoperability and real-time cross-border remittances through integrated Fast Payment Systems. This pact strengthens India's digital payments ecosystem and fintech sector, while also enhancing FDI limits in banking and insurance for Indian financial service providers looking to expand into New Zealand.
